Basic Computer Skills Mastery for Staff Members
|
|
|
The Professional Development Committee has
identified basic computer skill areas and created assessments for those skills. You may set
mastery of some or all of these basic
skill areas
as personal or professional goals. Do a practice
assessment on your own, use the help option of your software, attend
in-house
workshops
(click
here), and/or request
instruction on specific skills from your local technology specialist. When
you feel ready, request an actual
performance assessment from the
Technology Assessment Coordinator
or attend the necessary workshop. Upon successful completion of an
assessment, you will receive a certificate of basic computer skills mastery in the skill area
that is worth two recertification credit hours.
